SPEEDORANGE™ calibrates Hydraulic Torque Tools up to 40,000 ft.lbs and Gauges/manometer up to 10,000 psi at our State-of-the art facility located in Pasadena, TX, USA. SPEEDORANGE™ ensures safety with a certification and traceability. All certifications are saved in different formats.

No job should be done without a certified calibrated tools and gauges. Like all mechanical devices, torque wrenches and pumps are subject to wear and tear. The friction between the moving parts leads to distortion and erosion of the material from which the device was made. This change affects the factory-certified torque output and gauge readings. To ensure proper torque output, both the wrench and the pump need to be recalibrated annually by a SPEEDORANGE™ technician.

Our calibration system generates automatically certificates including hysteresis graph for gauges: it’s like the gauge’s I.D. . At SPEEDORANGE™ we calibrate and issue certificates for any tool brands such as Hytorc or others . All certificates are traceable NIST, Cofrac, UKAS etc...Warning: Before calibration, a tool MUST be disassembled, cleaned, inspected and reassembled with a new seal kit. Any defective parts or used parts must be changed before any calibration.
